Small Business Survival Series Speaker

Rich Kleban is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has helped lead the Chamber for 10 years, overseeing Events and Communications departments, daily operations, sponsorship programs, and working directly with business and community members to provide resources that help them succeed.

Prior to his work at the Chamber, Rich spent more than 20 years in the newspaper industry, most recently as Managing Editor of the Poughkeepsie Journal. In that role he helped lead the Journal into the digital age by converting a traditional print-first daily newsroom model into a 24/7 multimedia operation.

A native of the Hudson Valley, Rich is involved in many community organizations and he enjoys spending time with his family. He lives in Pleasant Valley with his wife, Robin, a recent college-graduate son, and twin daughters who are juniors at Arlington High School.
