In his role as Talent Acquisition Manager for HVCU, Dan partners with hiring managers throughout the organization to understand current and future talent needs. He also works with his recruiting team to build candidate networks and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Dan works with hundreds of potential candidates each year, and will be sharing his expert insights on how candidates can best market and present themselves to a potential employer.
